I just bought a 2003 Zafira and im well pleased with it....

Now I hear loads of stories about wheels getting stolen.

My Zafira looks quite solid, how do I know if my wheel rerainer thingy has
been replaced or how do I know if i have the Vauxhall one that is not
exactly as strong as it is made out to be.

    Thanks

    Dave :)

I have just got a second hand Zafira, so you do the same as I did and do some
research on the web. Start here http://www.ospreyproducts.co.uk/homepage.html

    quite sad........actually...........

but better to be concerned now.....than standing at the side of a strange
    road with no fu**ing wheel.

Thanks Cyberdog........i've been to that site before...just wondered what my
Vauxhall factory fitted set up would be.
Mine seems pretty secure so wondered had mine been replaced.

    Cheers

    Dave :)

From what I found out if their is a bolt of either steel or plastic going
through the centre of the spair wheel and into the boot, just under the very
back seat, it is the new type of security system.
