Window not dropping

    hi new to this so bear with me please have tigra 1.4 55 reg passenger window works fine drops on opening drops when roof opened shuts with key drivers door nothing only works when i use window switch doesnt drop on opening doesnt drop when roof opened tryed the yp down reset nothing
