vauxhall astra problems

    i own a N reg astra i just bought it and the air bag/seatbelt light
    came on but for only short periods ov time then it came more frequent
    then one day all the engine management lights stoped working as well as
    elec windows . fans . sterio .and all the guages on the clocks . i
    have been to my vauxhall dealer and they cannot tell me the problem i
    would be very greatfull if any one had any information on this
