Turbo Boost Control Unit

    Hi (asking for a friend)
    Vehicle lost power, will only run at about 25mph
    Been told to check the Boost Control Unit, but we cant find it
    any advice or suggestions woulf be appreciated
    Its a 2912/2013 1.7 diesel

    Code PO299
    Diesel filter was very dirty ,replaced it and was briefly better
