New icon popped up I’ve seen before

    Hi there I have a Meriva 1.4 Life 2017, which I’ve only had 3 months. I’m in northern France with it & have travelled about 1000 miles this trip. Today I noticed an icon next to the time icon on the info display screen, a little round flower shape. I could be wrong but I don’t think I’ve seen it there before. I can’t see anything like it in the owners manual. Im just a bit worried that it may be a fault & that I shouldn’t be running the car.
