Does anyone know what the deal is with the Network Q Warranty. Can I take
the car to any dealer, as the supplying garage sucks!!

From my Network Q document (dated August 2003) ..........."How to claim -
Take your vehicle to your supplying dealer. If you are unable to visit your
supplying dealer you can take your vehicle to any Network Q dealer and the
supplying dealer may authorise them to handle the claim"

Sounds like you should be many miles away from the supplying dealer before
they do this.

I would take it or phone another dealer, and explain the situation, and say
you are not happy with the service from the supplying dealer, they should be
able to tell you then if they can handle the warranty work. If they say
they are not able to, Call Vauxhall Customer Services, and although they are
pretty useless, I am sure they will be able to sort that one out for you.
