    The fob won’t open the doors.

    2023 MOKKA e doors won’t open, about 2 times out of 10. Have to use the key to open the door, then that seems to reset it for a short time. Had the RAC out twice, they could not find a problem even after doing a check on the car. It happened the first day I got it. The sales man said it was the settings. Sorted then a week later it happened again. Please help. Thank you.
