Do what you like. I can easily set up an account with other isps anyway.

I'm not happy about her knocking down my bike, that bike could have easily
been a small child. She just shot out with looking at all.

Bollox to her, people who drive like the deserves no-respect. I hope her
insurance goes sky high or get put on the insurance black list.

    That bloody murderer

I really hope someone tracks Susan Willer down and points out to her
that you're posting her name and car registration on usenet as well as
    claiming she's a drink-driver and a murderer. I'm sure her lawyer would
    be absolutely thrilled.

So says the idiot who kept trying tyo complain to other people's ISPs.

    Clueless, really really clueless.
So a small child could be made of tubular metal, with wheels, and hide
    behind her car?

You have some fucked up genetics round your way, not to mention hereto
    scientificly disproven life!
No, people who try and nick your car because they're pissed and think it's a
laugh deserve no respect. People who make an honest mistake once in a while
are simply human, as opposed to subhuman thieving scum. Or Usenet trolls.
You and your beloved bike close then? You going for autophillia
(cyclephillia in this case I suppose) now you're not getting any in car
    parks now?

  9. This is interesting -

I cycle a lot, and when urban cycloing (around Birmingham) get a lot of
abuse, carve-ups and genuine mistakes from
    car drivers (I also drive 25,000 miles/year)

But while I have collected some registration numbers, and had the odd chat,
I have never, never, gained the name or any personal details of the
    offender, only the vehicle.

So how has the person who posted this got it? - did the person stop,
exchange details and perhaps apologise in which case why the slander/libel),
or is there a more sinister reason for making her name public. A personal
    vendetta, perhaps?

I'm not going to publish her address, because I don't want anyone calling
    around her house.

    She suffered enough.

IIRC, if you write to the DVLA and provide a good enough reason (and
payment) they will send you the details of another cars owner based on the
numberplate, that's how insurance companies can check when making a claim
    against someone.
Either that or he's got access to a reverse phonebook CD where you can look
up the address and get the residents name (or the Electoral Register at town
    hall?)
