Anybody changed the clutch on a Corsa 1.5TD (Isuzu engine), is it
relatively easy? any hints and tips?

I never got a reply on this one, surely somebody has done it? Please?

Cant remember if these are a letter box type when you can just leave the box
in place and drop the clutch out the lower inspection panel or if box needs
    to come out.
If box out takes about 4 hrs, subframe, driveshafts etc all off, support
    engine and box out.
If letter box, about hour and a half, end cover and top turret off, shaft
out and clamp and drop clutch.

The Isuzu engine in the Cav you have to remove the gearbox, and I believe
this is the case for the Corsa as well :(

The 1.6d and 1.7d GM Diesel engine are the "letter box type"
