Intermittent Coolant Leak

    Had a coolant issue for a while with a 2.0l Insignia 2011 (160HP) - there's nothing I can spot to suggest the location of a leak. The performance seems to be normal. There's no milky sludge on the oil cap. On occasions I get a whiff of hot coolant.

    Having looked around for clues other sites have pointed to the Reservoir and EGR Cooler. I've changed both of these yet still loose coolant at times.

    I have read about the Intake manifold being an issue at times but these are a tad pricey simply to swap in the hope of fixing a problem. I do not have pressure testing kit so was looking for other pointers for a DIY fix.

    If anyone could help me I'd be truly grateful.
