Help - where's my diagnostic conenction please????

    Hi Folks;

    1998 Vectra CDX X20XEV engine - I need to read the blink codes as I've
    got intermittant EML - but can't find the diagnostic port - 16 pin
    ALDL I assume. Looked in the fuse box and under the handbrake trim,
    but can't find it. Any suggestions ????

    The one on my 96 veccy was under the trim between the handbrake and the gear
    lever (a rctangular bit that slides forward ISTR) - is this the bit of trim
    you removed?
