    Hi All
Bit of a problem .... EML is on and the problem has been diagnosed as the
centre box of the exhaust (has crack/hole) and needs replacing.
I am told that it will damage the cat if I run it BUT - Vx main dealer has a
2 day delivery and wants 20+GBP more than others. I need to do about 25
miles/day until it is fixed - say to weekend ?100/150 miles? How much
damage is this likely to do, please?
Car is Y reg and is 2.2 petrol hatch - I find it rather strange that they
    are not in stock!
    Thanks for help
    Regards
    O.N.

    Mike Hi
Many thanks for help & link - that's excellent.
ISTR they said something about O2 sensors when they were diagnosing it.
Again a non Vx source and it had several help pages of diagnostics they were
looking at - about 15 mins until I was invited to stick my head under the
car and see the crack (;<D.
    Many thanks again, Mike
