Engine management help

Hello,
Just after a bit of advice. I have a 2006 petrol zafira. It’s engine management light has come on so I took it for a diagnostic they told me it had 12 error codes so they reset it and said come back when the light comes back on. Which it did about an hour later so they tested it again and same 12 error codes they then said because there is so many I need to take it to a Vauxhall garage to be looked at and they won’t touch it.

Besides a bit of a judder in 1st gear it drives fine, I’m only using it when I have to and it’s booked in to be investigated by Vauxhall next Monday. I’ve only had it since October and only had to replace an abs sensor so far it’s mot is due end of the month too.

Am I looking at it being unfixable with that many error codes?
