    Please help,

    I have a Club Corsa 1.2 (reg 51) which I got a month ago. I does not
have a user manual. It is automatic / and manual as well (I'm sure you
    know what I mean here).

The problem is that it sometimes cuts off especially in the mornig when
driving. An "F" flashes where you normally have the indication for
gear number, N or A , "Auto" when driving normally. Leave it for about
5 minutes, you can start it normally and its perfect. I took it to a
garage (not Vauxhall Dealer) and they said there was nothing wrong.
They only reset the INSP error code that was coming on when starting
    it.

Now this happened again. Any suggestions?

When these easytronics go wrong it is usually something expensive.
I have just fitted a set of gear selector motors to a Corsa that would
select neutral after about 5 miles and then would not restart when turned
off. If you let it cool down it was ok for another 5 miles. The motors were
£347 plus Vat plus fitting/ programming and were out of stock at Vauxhall
cos so many had gone wrong so took nearly 4 weeks to arrive.

I would be very careful where you take it as a more harm than good can be
done by someone that doesn't know how they work. You might have to take it
to a dealer to get the fault identified.

My part of the world. For a Vauxhall main dealer, I've always used
Penfolds in Penge - they seem to do a decent job, servicing is
reasonably priced compared to other quotes I've had from ringing
around, but most of the work I've had from them is warranty so not had
cause to get my wallet out on many occasions. They're a friendly bunch
nonetheless. Might be worth ringing, describe the fault and ask them if
they have any ideas/how much it might cost you.

They also have a branch in Lewisham (on Lee High Road) but it's quite
small and always packed full of cars so a bit too frantic for me to
want to leave my car there...

To get some ideas of problems that bring up an F, have a look at this
thread and see if any of the symptoms match - looks like it could be
any one of a number of things:
