Corsa uneven idle?

    My wife has a 1997 Corsa Merit automatic. When standing in traffic (and
    in drive) the car really wobbles like an uneven idle - but it isn't. I've
    had the revs checked they are factory perfect at 800 and the engine
    mountings are in good condition.

    Anyone else had this problem or know the cure?

    what happens if you slightly up/down the idle?

    Proportionally the same a vibration and slight wobble (best way I can
    describe it!), if I take it out of drive it's OK

    hi there, had the same problem with a 97 corsa 1400, changed coil, leads,
    plugs ect, no joy
    it was the inlet manifold gasket, a common problem, ran superb after.
