Combo van 1.3 cdti 2013

    I have just brought a combo van driving fine then went into limp mode on the motorway. Got her home plugged in scanner came up with PO401 EGR insufficent flow. Have removed and cleaned ERG valve, throttle body and pipe into intake manifold (was blocked very bad) Drove like a new van now has gone again into limp mode same code as before. Can anyone help as to where to look next.
