    Hi
Does anyone know how to turn off the auto volume on the CCR600 stereo
(Vectra), as I speed up the volume increases to compensate for the road
noise but it wakes up my daughter if she's sleeping.
The audio manual was missing when I bought the car and there is no mention
of this feature on previous models (CCR 500) which I had in my last vectra.

    Many thanks

    Mark

try listening to some REM, dont think your daughter would wake up no matter
    how loud.

Keep the UML button pressed for 3 seconds, until you hear a beep. The
    display shows for example "SD-VOL + 2".
Press the tuning controls within 10 seconds to select the desired
setting between "SD-VOL 0" (no action at all) to "SD-VOL + 5" (maximum
    effect).
Press the UML button again for 3 seconds to memorize the setting, until
    you hear a beep.
