Cav cigar lighter

    Have a 93 Cav diesel, the cigar lighter doesn't work and the light behind
    the heater controls is also gone.
    Are either of these easy fixes? I've had the cigar lighter out and it
    doesn't seem damaged, the fuse is intact so what else can it be?
