I have a 2006 (new Shape) Zafira. I am driving in Europe this August but
cannot see anywhere obvious to put the beam benders on my headlights as
there areno markings. My previous car had variou lines and shapes on the
glass to act as a guide. Does anybody have any ideas where they should go?

    Cheers

Cars produced since 2000 should have a lever within the headlight
assembly that rotates the bulb (or realigns it) so that it accommodates
    RH dipping.

Have a look in the user's manual or consult your dealer.

for my '53 plate zaf i bought a pair of
    "NoHassleQuickfitReUsableContinentalHeadlightConvertors" from
the dealer for £29 back in 2004

i leave them on all the time as they also protect the lights from loose
    stones
seem to work ok (nobody flashes me) and don't cut out too much light
    whilst driving in the UK

IF you have the xenon headlamp option on your new shape Zafira, there is a
way of programming the auto light levelers to convert to continental

If you have the Halogen 4 bulb set-up you need to blank out a circular
area, about 1½ inches diameter at 10 o'clock to the bulb centerline,
with the edge of the disk just clear of the bulb. The dips which are the
ones to do are the outer pair of lights

I am not sure about Zafira but both Corsa and Vectra are easily
converted under the bonnet. You do need to use an allen key though.
Your local dealer will be able to print off the instructions from TIS
although they might not know what you are talking about at first.

We do it free for customers as it only takes a minute but a few have
taken the instructions and done it at home before they leave for
    France.

That's probably still right for a 2006, The latest 2007-on needs the
blanks at about 7:30 to the bulb
