auto zafira wont turn over

    brought a 56 plate automatic zafira today, i have drove it home switched it off went in home came out half hour later drove it shop came back, went back out to go out again and it wont start. it has a flashing F on the dash and it dont even turn over... can anyone help please?

    found a fault code

    I scouted google last night an found a pedal test to get ecu fault codes and the only fault code its showing me is P1700 (failed to neutral).
    Can some one please tell me how to fix and how much... many thanks :)
