Astra G snake belt

    Driving my 2ltr dti last friday there was a terrible racket from the engine
    and finally the snake belt came off. The tensioner arm had a bolt hanging
    out of the side of it and it flopped about. Is this an easy fix or do I need
    to take it to a garage?
    The belt is still good.
