Is it possible to disable the front passenger airbag to allow a child seat
to be fitted in a 2002 Corsa ?

    TIA

I think you can still put a child seat in with the airbag but it has to go a
certain way around. Should be in the handbook iirc.

    No it is not.

The handbook will tell you more.

The car probably has not got side airbags but this makes things even more
    difficult.

You can probably put a forward facing seat on the passenger seat though.

all literature etc states not to put rear facing seats in the front where
there are passenger air bags. forward facing ones should be ok. if you are
in any doubt then consult your handbook or contact your nearest vauxhall
    dealer.
